The handheld laser welding technology with many advantages, but one of defect is can not weld large bead due to fiber laser beam is 50um only. Although through handheld laser system make the laser beam size bigger to reach 5mm, some customers want to more large welding bead.
According to customer requirements, Hanwei Laser developed Double Route Wire Feeding Device. Use this double route wire feeding same time feeding and Hanwei handheld welding gun can get 12mm welding bead maximum. This solution is meet the vast majority of customer requirements.
The Double route wire feeding device support not only same time two route wires feeding, and also can switch any one route then use it as single route wire feeding. Improve usage flexibility.
The wire feeding device support steel wire materials feeding, aluminum wire materials feeding. The wire size from 0.8 to 2mm.
HanWei handheld welding wire feeding device adopt own driver and motor to improve feeding speed, transmit accuracy feeding signal. The wire feeding device share a control system with handheld welding head, the parameter setting in one touch screen monitor for ease operating and monitoring.
