Fluctuations in external environmental conditions can easily cause fluctuations in the melt pool, leading to the collapse of the keyhole. If the keyhole has collapsed, it will block the opening of the keyhole, and high-pressure metal vapor inside the keyhole will escape, similar to a volcanic eruption, with macroscopic manifestations of a large number of splashes, pits, explosion points and other defects.
• The AMB Laser effectively alleviates the instability problem of the keyhole. The outer ring laser mainly expands the keyhole opening left and right, so that small fluctuations do not cause the keyhole to collapse and block the opening, reducing splashing, and greatly improving stability.
